This is our 52nd episode, which means we’ve been doing this for a year. We can’t believe it either….PSYCHE! We knew we’d be here, though you might have doubted us.
John celebrated by cutitng his long hair off. Locks of Love wouldn’t take his hair, so he donated it to PETA who will give his hair to animals that lose their hair during lab testing. Can you imagine a chimp wearing John’s hair as a cape?
And since it’s our one-year anniversary, in a tribute to rebirth and all things spiritual, Mike decided to drink baby formula mixed with wine from a box. Here’s the video… if you’re reading this from iTunes, please visit SomethingPlanet.com and find Episode 52 to view the video.
John is such a good actor. He fools us everyday pretending not to like his favorite thing in the world. In fact, this week, it’s pretty much all we talked about. Okay, so that may not be true, but it’s all I’m going to talk about here in this little blurb.
He likes it on everything: ice cream, pasta, his mouth, whatever.
It makes us all laugh thinking about it, but he’s sooooo into it, and that makes him different than everyone else. He should be shunned. If you see him, shun him. Or stone him, whatever makes you happy.
Err, I mean near-death experiences! That’s what we talked about on mysteriousnesses. (Something Planet is here to stay, baby!)
We had NO voicemails this week, and we’re pretty upset. So please call in and leave us some goodies 813-964-7526 or 813-964-PLANET! DO IT!
One of the topics we discussed this week was the legal age of drinking in America and whether it should be lowered or not. So we have a blog post and a poll about it that we’d like you to contribute to, check it out here!
This show had some really good bands, so make sure to listen to all of them!
[EDIT: I have a correction to make. The last band we played is called The Turncoat and their website is myspace.com/theturncoatsounds sorry I'm so stupid guys -- JohnJ]
Demonic possession. Yeah, you heard me. Mysteriousnesses. Listen. Learn. Be scared. I think our servers were possessed. (And no, not repossessed, assholes.)
So after pizza and much Mountain Dew, Episode #9 was created. Sorry it took so long to get up, but we had other things to take care of… like getting us back online! We hope you didn’t all run away screaming for the hills. Come on back and check out this awesome episode…. and twiiiiiiins! (Remember that beer commercial?)
That’s right. We have the Hot Twins Challenge. Our friends Christina and Lauren Fullerton (two hot twins) faced off in our Hot Twins Challenge. And now the choice is yours! Listen to the podcast to hear their talents in Episode #9 and vote below on their Talent and Beauty.

Yo, yo, yo! This week our musical theme was old school 90’s rap. Kind of makes us feel old calling the 90’s rap old school, you know?
Also, I (David the Day) was talking REALLY fast because I drank several Mountain Dewssssss! Ahhhh!
We went to The Stick Martin Show’s CD release party over the weekend and it was AWESOME! Definitely check their stuff out at: www.thestickmartinshow.com and buy their new CD!
We talked about Vampires, and also had the honor of interviewing Will, the progressive metal singer of YouTube fame. Check it! Links for Episode # 8 below (more…)
